Stable Diffusion [Illustration Style]

I hadn’t checked out anything on Civitai in the last couple months, so I decided to poke around the site a few nights ago. While experimenting with new models and LoRAs, I came across a combination that results in a sort of “retro illustration” aesthetic.
Unfortunately, the same combination really puts up a fight when it comes to inpainting hands. The best I could manage is below, and that’s after a couple dozen iterations in a few cases.
