On a friends farm lays an ancient tractor well past its prime and rusty to boot. With only one headlight and rugged old tires surprisingly this beast still starts up with a fresh oil change. A testimonial to the build quality of days far gone.

Out towards Metchosin is an old farmers field that doesn’t yield any crops, it’s home to a few sorry looking goats and some creepy ancient trees. Ce’ bon!

A day trip to Botanical beach ended up raining the moment we got there, since it’s a good 2 hour drive I decided the Yashica D could tough a little rain. Everyone has a particular subject they enjoy shooting, mine just happens to be solitary giant rocks on bare landscapes.

A friend of mine had bought this truck new. He liked previous photos of cars I had done and wanted one to showcase his. I placed my wireless flash in the truck bed aimed directly at the white ceiling above. I was pleased with the effect of the bounce and highlight of the roofing on the truck itself. Played with the Contrast a voila!
